Alameda County Fire Station #23 – Cherryland
Services Performed: Progress Inspections – Inspector of Record
This was an 18-month long construction of a fire station to serve this community. The project was designed by Muller & Caulfield with a construction cost of nine million dollars.

Services Performed: Progress Inspections
These were a one-year project to upgrade the one of several of the nurse’s stations location within the jail and a seismic upgrade to the fire suppression system for three BART stations. Both projects involved new plumbing, mechanical and electrical. Santa Rita required a new secure CMU partition wall.

Condition Assessments and Litigation Support
These projects reflect a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Some of these projects went to trial requiring my testimony and declarations while others did not.
